The front was completed with an outdoor thermometer from Jacob Jensen and a hand painted plastic iguana. To the right is my old terrarium - not as beautiful. The large branch in the scenter is of oak which I found in the woods where it had been lying for years. I washed it with an anti-fungizid and bleech which I later rinsed thoroughly and left to dry for a month.

Under the 'table' where Iggy gets his food I built a little box into which I slid a power socket so that I could connect a heating mat under the bark.

The 'hole' for the waterfall was done by wrapping the fall into plastic - the normal kind you use in the kitchen. The the fall was placed where I wanted it and the rock was built around. This way the waterfall got a stable place so that it can't be tipped over. I did it the same way with the feeding dish.

I wasn't too happy with the coloring so I use oil colors and painted the rock with various colors. Then I sprayed it with a matte clear color so that it won't waer off. There's also a liitle puddle which was painted inside with the same stuff that seals off pools. this was then painted black.

The aluminium shape used to put the glas in looks as shown below. It was screwed onto the front pieces. Remember that the screws must be properly lowered so that the glas doesn't break.
